Sulfone polymers, including PSU, PPSU and PES, are among the most durable high-temperature resistant plastics available today. Compared with other transparent plastics, these non-crystalline thermoplastics offer significantly higher toughness, mechanical strength and hydrolytic stability, maintaining their properties even after prolonged exposure to water or harsh chemicals.

PSU plastic (polysulfone) stands out in the sulfone polymer family with its exceptional heat deflection temperature of 175°C and outstanding long-term stability in aqueous environments. Alongside PPSU and PES materials, our PSU plastic products deliver reliable performance across an extensive temperature range from -40°C to 205°C, making them ideal for demanding engineering applications.
