Overview :
PEEK Rod CF is a carbon filled PEEK material. The carbon fiber reinforced PEEK polymer has higher stiffness and creep strength. Carbon fiber reinforced PEEK has very high mechanical strength values, while the density is lower than that of glass fiber filled PEEK in the same proportion. Carbon filled PEEK maintains all the significant benefits of natural PEEK material such as good dimensional stability, superior chemical resistance and high resistance to creep. Carbon filled PEEK rod also has exceptional hydrolysis resistance in boiling water and superheated steam.
